Shipping and Returns


Shipping policy:

  • We offer free priority shipping to the continental US on all of our hammocks.
  • Orders in before 3PM mountain time (that is 5 Eastern time) will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Hawaii and Alaska residents should message me regarding shipping.
  • Sorry, no international orders are accepted.

 

Return Policy:

  • We offer a 30 day full refund policy for hammocks that are unused.
  • Please contact us prior to sending any products back or a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.
  • The buyer (you) is responsible for shipping product back to Foxqua for a refund.
  • In the rare case there is a defect, damage, or we made a mistake, please contact us immediately so we take care of you.
  • In the circumstance there is an issue, we (Foxqua) will pay for return shipping.
  • In the case where we receive products due to an undeliverable address, a refund will be issued minus all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Please double check your address prior to completing your order.
